Yes, most full-size charter buses do have a bathroom on board located at the very back of the bus behind a small door at the end of the aisle. Smaller minibuses in the 15–35 passenger range often do not have a bathroom unless they’re a larger or custom-built model.
On a standard 50+ passenger charter bus, the bathroom is a compact space with a toilet, a small sink or hand-sanitizer setup, and basic lighting. It’s meant for quick use and emergencies on longer trips, not heavy use. Even when your bus has a bathroom, we still advise that you should still plan stops on longer drives so everyone can stretch and use a full-size restroom. In most cases it’s actually faster and easier to let everyone use a regular restroom at a stop than to have the entire bus use the on-board bathroom.
