How do you choose which vehicles to show me?

Our search results are based on the criteria you provide in our search box, for example the date of service, number of passengers, type of event etc. With the information you provide we compare your request with our available vehicles in your area and show those that are most relevant for you and what you are searching for.

What does it mean if no results show up for my search?

You may not see results due to our fleet being sold out for your date and time you are searching for. Another reason can be caused by a spelling error of a pick up or drop off address, or can be due to system maintenance. Please call our reservation specialist if you experience no results so we can assist with your error.

How will Price4Limo.com use my email address and phone number?

Price4Limo.com will only use your contact details to connect you to our team to confirm your order request and possibly offer discounts. We will not share any of your details with any other third parties.

How much does it cost to use this service?

There is no cost to you for using this service, it's absolutely free.

You will receive a confirmation number via email of the details of your rental minutes after you submit your contract. One of our reservation specialists will call your phone number to confirm the details of your contract as well.

How do I book/reserve the service that I want?

The process is simple, fill in the "search for limo" box on the home page and SUBMIT, click on the vehicle that best meets your travel needs, and click on the limo or party bus package that is right for you. Fill in the contract online and submit the information. That's it! you're done.

How do I know that my reservation is fully confirmed?

We will send you an email with a confirmation number, and one of our reservation specialists will call you on the phone to confirm. If you're an international client, we will email you.

I am having trouble entering my credit card through your website. What should I do?

Call our reservation specialist or chat online with our customer service agents and let them know the issue you are having.

How do I change a reservation?

All reservation changes will require a phone call to our office, plus an email or fax to us for any major changes.

How do the club passes and guest lists work?

Though Affiliate Services may provide access vouchers or add names to VIP lists for clubs, bars, and restaurants, admission is at the sole discretion of the facility and is subject to facility rules and regulations including but not limited to attire and schedule. It is the customer's responsibility to contact either the Affiliate Limousine Company making such offers, or the facilities directly for this information.

Can we bring alcohol in the vehicle?

Alcohol consumption will be determined by the affiliate providing the transportation service for your event. Please call us for more information. No one under the legal drinking age will be permitted to consume alcohol in any vehicle.

What payment options do I have?

Most Affililate Services will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, most money orders, and travelers checks.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 30% of the total contract price.

How do I make final payment?

Final payment is due to the driver at the time of pickup. You can pay the driver in Cash or Major Credit Cards, no Checks please. You may also pay ahead of your pickup date by calling our customer service department and getting instructions on making your payment.

Do I have to have a credit card to reserve a limo or a party bus?

No, you do not have to have a Credit Card, you can go to any local CVS, 7/11 Gas Station, Walgreen's, Publix , etc and purchase Visa Gift Cards or Debit Cards and those can be used to reserve your limo or party bus.

What factors affect prices?

Our formula for determining rates includes a number a factors such as date of service, numbers of hours being rented, amount of vehicles available, day or nightly rentals, distance from our home base, excessive travel, type of vehicle and more.

What if I need several rentals?

If you have several rentals please contact our Reservation Specialist in our office directly for possible reduced rates.

What happens after I submit my contract?

After you press the submit button, you will automatically receive a copy of the reservation to your email. We will also call you to confirm the details shortly after the contract arrives. Please allow up to 12 hours for a call, if you don't hear from us sooner then 12 hours please call us. You can call sooner if you wish.
